REFUND POLICY

The Manlifto's Return Policy

We want to make you happy! If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. 

Refunds, returns or exchanges are not accepted on the following items. All sales are final:

• Chocolate bars
  
  • Caramel sauces & drinking chocolates
  
  • Anything perishable or otherwise edible (chips, caramel corn,nuts, etc)
  
  Refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:
  
  • Salt and salt sets, if not tampered with or used
  
  • Salt blocks, bowls, shot glasses, and dishes, broken or otherwise
  
  • Books, in good condition
  
  • Bitters and cocktail syrups, if tamper seal intact
  

Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded to the giftee in the form of an online or in-store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.

To return item(s) by mail, please follow the instructions below:

• Send back your item(s) to The Manlifto along with the packing slip that accompanied your order. Please note the reason for the return on the packing slip.

• Ship the package with your item(s) to the following address:

Once your return is received, the item(s) will be inspected for defects or damage. Returned items must be in good, sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

A refund will be issued in the amount of the returned (items) in the original form of payment to the original customer within 3-4 business days, less shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
